Family Photos

did you notice my new family photo on the right ... just over there --->

my sister and i decided to surprise mum with a family photo for her 60th birthday this past weekend. blissfully unware of how difficult it would be to get everyone together i set to work to organise for everyone to meet at a certain time to have this said photo taken. after alot of text messages and phone calls later, a day and time had been made, the photographer was organised and everything was ready to go ...... but i forgot to organise the weather .... it rained non-stop for a good couple of days prior to the photo being taken, there was lots of concern wheather we would be able to pull the photo off or not.

it was decided that we brave the weather and see what happens. we arrived at the destination and the rain continued to pour, after around 20 minutes or so it decided to stop for a little while so we made the most of the break and this is what we came up with ...

we produced the photos to mum in a little album for her to choose her favoruite one which we will then get enlarged onto a canvass for her.
